ASSESSMENT TEMPLATE AND REPORTING
Course Assessment
Every semester, each KBOCC course identifies 2 aligned course learning outcomes (CLOs) to assess and report in the syllabus. At the end of the semester, assessment data is reported for each assessed CLO. Course reports are due the Wednesday following the last day of the semester along with course grades.

Program & General Education Assessment
Beginning in AY2022-23, academic departments began utilizing KBOCC’s online IE platform, Weave, for preparing assessment plans and reports, with built-in plan/project and report templates. Program/general education assessment plans are due at the beginning of the two-year assessment cycle (currently fall even years) and reports are due following the conclusion of the cycle (currently spring even years).
